Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura) fue el líder de la Liga de los Villanos después de la derrota y arresto de su maestro All For One, y es el principal antagonista de la serie. Tomura Shigaraki (Tenko Shimura) was the leader of the League of Villains after the defeat and arrest of their master All For One, and is the main antagonist of the series. He made the first major appearance of himself as one of the main antagonists of the U.S.J. Bow. Like the rest of the League, his goal is to kill All Might, the "Symbol of Peace", thus destroying the society he represents and creating a new form of justice in his image. Later, Tomura changed his goal to destroy society all together instead of reshaping it. He later merged his organization and the Meta Liberation Army to form the Paranormal Liberation Front, and became its Grand Commander.
